All Dots Connect
Seeing Human Resources Departments as dynamic interactions of cultural and organizational systems opens our eyes to the patterns and structures within our organizations… empowering us to create responsive, sustainable strategies that benefit all stakeholders.
I see Human Resources through a systems lens grounded in equity, allowing me to recognize the unexpected ways networks rely on each other, while ensuring that everyone receives the resources they need as individuals. And I bring that clarity and responsibility to every project I work on.
As a short-to-long term project consultant, I assist organizations to solve their common and uncommon challenges, from individual employee issues, to complete policy and practice redesigns.
❝ I value my experience working with Janice Jackson-Haley. She set a standard as a human resources professional to which I compare all others with whom I work.
